PGBD: Complete 3 Modules of Your Preference

To receive the Post Graduate Business Diploma (PGBD), students must complete 3 AFSM modules: two from the Core group and one from the Elective group.

MANAGING HUMAN CAPITAL (core)

Exploring critical understanding of current and emerging practices in the managing of human capital in organizations.

MARKETING MANAGEMENT (core)

Providing the skills required to carry out a full situation analysis and developing appropriate marketing plans.

MANAGING OPERATIONS (core)

Developing the thinking regarding the manner by which organisations can gain competitive advantage from managing their operations in an innovative and strategic way.

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS (core)

Learning the financial tools needed to make good business decisions and linking corporate finance to other aspects of corporate strategy.

CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP (elective)

Learning the process of influencing others about what needs to be done and how to accomplish shared goals for the benefit of all.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP (elective)

Developing an awareness of academic theories, frameworks, managerial models and techniques that contribute to business strategic planning.
