Learning with cases is exciting, inspiring and entertaining. You as a student will remember some of the cases long time after graduation since you will get from them academical, practical and philosophical bedrock in your managerial and leadership career.
Case study describes real-life situation usually involving a tricky challenge or possible decision being faced by the main character in the case. You will be asked to “step in the shoes” of the protagonist to discuss possible solutions and analyze the pros and cons of various approaches to the problem set out in the case. Your fundamental beliefs and assertion will be challenged and you will learn to think differently and more effectively. This process of real-life decision-making will enable you to take on board new ideas and concepts, learning business, leadership and management theory while at the same time developing a wide range of vital professional and life skills.
