Over the duration of this online MBA, you’ll work your way through the following modules (the order depends on the date of enrollment):

  • Marketing Management

    Providing the skills required to carry out a full situation analysis and developing appropriate marketing plans.

  • Strategic Management

    Developing an awareness of academic theories, frameworks, managerial models and techniques that contribute to business strategic planning.

  • Managing Operations

    Developing the thinking regarding the manner by which organisations can gain competitive advantage from managing their operations in an innovative and strategic way.

  • Conscious Leadership

    Learning the process of influencing others about what needs to be done and how to accomplish shared goals for the benefit of all.

  • Managing Human Capital

    Exploring critical understanding of current and emerging practices in the managing of human capital in organizations.

  • Project Management

    Critical examining the selective application of project management-specific knowledge and other knowledge to the planning and execution of projects.

  • Management Accounting

    Developing understanding of financial planning tools and the contribution they make to the achievement of an organization’s core objectives.

  • Financial Management

    Learning the financial tools needed to make good business decisions and linking corporate finance to other aspects of corporate strategy.

The Alfred Ford School of Management sets high but reasonable standards for its applicants. The candidate has to have a higher educational degree, non-standard academic qualifications with business experience, and English proficiency.
