Credit Level: Master Mandatory

Module Description: How many inspiring working environments have you been a part of? A team is only as successful as its contributing members. If organizations truly understood, beyond the smooth PR talk, how the inspired team member naturally engenders increased creativity and productivity, the face of business would look dramatically different. In organizations, where a performance-oriented culture and responsible approach are understood to be the foundations of success, it is critical to create an environment of creativity, commitment, trust and collaboration. This module is aimed at training individuals to naturally facilitate such a work atmosphere based on high levels of personal awareness and inspiration.
